- Behavioral health training (with CME credit) and education for PCPs; to help PCPs increase their knowledge and confidence in managing their patients with behavioral health needs
- Assistance with finding community behavioral health resources and services
Our expectations of partnering practices:
- Enroll in the TCAPES program
- Participate in training opportunities
- Communicate questions and consult requests through the consult line
- Provide ongoing feedback on effectiveness of the program
