About the event
Come to Marble Springs State Historic Site on Saturday, November 19th, with two classes offered: from 11 am to 1 pm and from 1 pm to 3 pm for a Colonial pie-making workshop to take home a pie to put away until Thanksgiving day! Visitors will come to our tavern to make a traditional apple pie with Mrs. Fran to take and bake. Perfect for freezing and baking on Thanksgiving Day! Visitors will also receive a pastry cloth and recipe card to bring a piece of Marble Springs home. All visitors must bring a rolling pin, a sharp knife, and a potato peeler from home.
