The Lauderdale County Branch NAACP, Save the Children, Town of Henning, and the Alex Haley Museum and Interpretive Center State Historic Site are hosting a Martin Luther King Jr. Day Community March and Program this MLK Day. The theme is Together We Can Be the Dream.
The march with begin in downtown Henning, near the Caboose, at 10am. The march will conclude at the Alex Haley Museum and Interpretive Center State Historic Site, featuring a short program.
All businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals are invited to march and celebrate Dr. King's legacy.
