The Dickson County Historical and Genealogical Society will host their bi-monthly meeting at the Clement Museum on Monday, February 13, 2023
At this meeting attendees will be informed and entertained by a lecture on First Lady Sarah Childress Polk from renowned historian Tom Price, who currently serves as Director of the Maury County Archives in Columbia, Tennessee.
For more than 20 years, Mr. Price worked as curator of the President James K. Polk and Museum in Columbia, Tennessee. He is one of the country's foremost experts on the Polk Family and his lecture on President Polk in February 2022 was a smash hit.
Join us for Mr. Price's return to Dickson County and learn all about the only U.S. First Lady born in the great State of Tennessee!
