About this event

Each year the Clement Railroad Hotel Museum hosts the annual Legacy Event. This fundraiser provides the site with an opportunity to recognize and honor those who have made a significant and positive impact in our community, state, and/or nation.  Tickets are $100

This year's honorees are:

Mr. Bill Freeman, serves as Chairman of Freeman Webb Incorporated, a real estate investment, management, and brokerage company he co-founded with Jimmy Webb in 1979. Freeman Webb Incorporated is the largest Tennessee-based owner / manager of multi-family and commercial properties, and has been repeatedly recognized by local and national associations for their community and industry leadership. Mr. Freeman has also served as the Director of Downtown Urban Development for the Metropolitan Nashville Development and Housing Agency (MDHA), on the boards for the Nashville Davidson County Mental Health and Veterans Assistance Foundation, on the board of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (as board chair), and on the University of Tennessee President’s Council.

Mrs. Judy Redden, is a pillar of the community in Dickson County, Tennessee and has been involved with numerous nonprofit organizations from the Dickson Help Center and the Community Foundation of Dickson County, to the Clement Railroad Hotel Museum’s Board of Directors. Mrs. Redden truly exemplifies the spirit of collaboration, inclusivity, and resilience that defines the building of a stronger, more connected local community.

The Clement Museum is also excited to posthumously honor three other individuals; Commissioner Charles Walton Speight & Judge William M. Leech for service to the State of Tennessee through the gubernatorial administrations of Governors Frank G. Clement and Buford Ellington; and General Bill Leech through service as Tennessee’s 21st Attorney General.
