About this event

Join us for a magical night under the stars at Marble Springs! We are excited to invite you to our stargazing event on Friday, June 8th. Gates will open at 6:00 pm, followed by an informative and engaging lecture from our educational partners at the University of Tennessee Physics Department at 7:00 pm. The stargazing session will continue until 11:00 pm.

We always hope for clear skies to provide you with an enjoyable stargazing experience. While planning around weather and celestial events can be challenging, we are optimistic about the weather history for this time of year. We may even have the chance to witness the Aristide meteor shower!

Schedule:
6:00 pm: Gates Open
7:00 pm: Lecture by UTK Physics Graduate Students
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm: Stargazing Session

What to Bring:
*Blankets or lawn chairs
*Telescopes or binoculars (if you have them)
