Join the Tennessee Historical Commission and the Johnson City Planning & Zoning Department to learn more about the Federal Historic Tax Credit Program for historic buildings. The workshop will discuss the National Register of Historic Places, eligible buildings, programs requirements, and documentation requirements. The workshop will finish with a discussion of historic storefronts and their rehabilitation. Presenters from the Tennessee Historical Commission will be available to answer any questions.
