NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Tennessee Human Rights Commission announces that it will hold a Board of Commissioner Meeting on Wednesday, May 25,2022 at 9:00 a.m. CDT/10:00 a.m. EDT.
The Tennessee Human Rights Board of Commissioners will conduct public deliberative reviews of the following cases:
Tennessee Human Rights Commission v. Bryan Ferguson | APD Case No. 34.00-153844J
Tennessee Human Rights Commission v. Knoxville Community Development Corporation, et al. | APD Case No. 34.00-190543J
This meeting will be in person only for the Board of Commissioners and Commission staff and will follow the CDC’s COVID-19 social distancing protocols. This meeting is open to the public via WebEx. To attend the meeting via WebEx, see the information below.
