Prioritization Section

  • Evaluation of projects being considered for funding in the Department’s Comprehensive Multimodal Program (3 Year     Program)
  • Coordination with Program Development and Administration for funding of various phases of project development
  • Monitor and Report project funding status throughout all stages
  • Develop report for SPR expenditures for the Division

Initiation Section

  • Oversight of Divisional budget, Project Needs Assessment
  • Develop advertisement, recommend selection and execute Consultant contracts
  • Administer Consultant contracts, Bridge Replacement Studies
  • Develop Work Orders and Perform Work Order Closeout Procedures
  • Document, Monitor, Process and Report all Consultant Invoices
  • Maintain Consultant performance evaluation documentation
