The Advisory Council on Workers’ Compensation will meet at 1:30 p.m. (Central Time), Monday, August 27, 2018, in the Cordell Hull Building, House Hearing Room II, 425 5th Avenue North, Nashville, Tennessee 37243. The Council will consider the following agenda items:
2018 Workers’ Compensation Market Conditions and Environment – Mike Shinnick, Manager, Workers’ Compensation Division, Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance
Workers’ Compensation Insurance Plan Report – Eddie Herrera, National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI)
Overview of the Tennessee Voluntary Loss Costs, Assigned Risk Rates, and Rating Values Filing – Amy Quinn and Dan Cunningham of NCCI
