The Advisory Council on Workers’ Compensation will meet at 10 a.m. (Central Time), Friday, October
16, 2020. This will be a virtual meeting via video and teleconference. The Advisory Council will consider the
following agenda items:
- Actuarial review of the Voluntary Loss Cost Filing by the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) proposed to be effective March 1, 2021 – Presentation by Mary Jean King of By the Numbers Actuarial Consulting, Inc. (BYNAC), actuary for the Advisory Council
- Actuarial review of the Voluntary Loss Cost Filing – Presentation by Chris Burkhalter of The Burkhalter Group, Inc. (TBG), actuary for the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance.
- Response and Comments on behalf of NCCI – Dan Cunningham, Director and Actuary, NCCI
