What is REPP? The Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program (REPP) is program by which FEMA conducts reasonable assurance around commercial nuclear power plants through various means. The REP Program began over 44 years ago and was FEMA’s first mission after the agency was formed in 1979 and the occurrence of the Three Mile Island nuclear incident. This webinar will explore more about the importance of the REP Program and the preparedness actions communities can take to protect them from the effects of a radiological release and contamination.
Who should attend? The whole community individuals and families, volunteer and faith-based organizations, local, state, federal government and private sector.
