File a Safety/Health Complaint

Tennessee OSHA has no jurisdiction regarding sexual harassment, discrimination (based on age, race, religion, etc.), or enforcement of accommodations for workers with disabilities.  If you are seeking to file a complaint regarding sexual harassment or discrimination (based on age, race, religion, etc.), you may consider contacting the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

If you are seeking to file a complaint regarding accommodations made for employees with disabilities, you may file a complaint at ADA.gov.  You may also file a complaint with the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.

Tennessee OSHA has no rule or standard regarding the behavior of employers or employees in the workplace, nor any rule or standard regarding interpersonal relationships between employer/employee or employee/co-worker.

Tennessee OSHA has no rule or standard that prohibits an employer from allowing children or pets on the premises. TOSHA jurisdiction is specifically limited to the health and safety of employees.
