The Board of Boiler Rules will meet on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 9:00 A.M. (CDT). This is the rescheduled meeting from June 13, 2018. The meeting will be held at the office of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development located at 220 French Landing Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37243. The TOSHA Hearing Room on the 1st Floor will be utilized.

The Prevailing Wage Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. (CST). This meeting will be held in the TOSHA. The Medical Payment Committee is comprised of seven voting members appointed by the administrator. Three members represent the medical provider industry, three members represent the workers’ compensation insurance industry, and the medical director serves as the final member of the committee. The committee shall hear disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advise the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers’ compensation system.
