The TOSHA Review Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday and Thursday, November 7-8, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be held at 220 French Landing Drive, 1st Floor, Nashville Tennessee. The State Workforce Development Board will hold a meeting on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. to Noon. This meeting will be held in the P.E.A.R.L. Conference Room of Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development located at 220 French Landing Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37243.

The Prevailing Wage Commission is comprised of 5 members who have the duty of determining the prevailing wage rate for state streets, highways and bridges construction. Contractors are surveyed annually in Streets, Highways & Bridges Construction.

Oral Argument is limited to twenty-five minutes per side unless otherwise directed by the Appeals Board.
