The Board of Boiler Rules will meet on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at 9:00 A.M. (CDT). The meeting will be held at the office of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development located at 220 French Landing Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37243. The TOSHA Hearing Room on the 1st Floor will be utilized.

The Elevator & Amusement Device Safety Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. (C.S.T). The meeting will be held at the office of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development located at 220 French Landing Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37243. The TOSHA Room on the 1st Floor will be utilized.

The Medical Advisory Committee is comprised of practitioners in the medical community having experience in the treatment of workers’ compensation injuries, representatives of the insurance industry, employer representatives, and employee representatives to assist the administrator in the development of the treatment guidelines and advise the administrator on issues relating to medical care in the Workers’ Compensation system.

This is a public notice for a meeting of the Tennessee Inpatient Hospital Working Group. The meeting will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 11:00 am to 12:00 pm CDT.
