NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Board: Tennessee Emergency Communications Board
Date: Wednesday, August 5, 2020
Time: 10:00 A.M. (CDT)
Location: LIVE STREAM MEETING
The Emergency Communications Boards (the “Board”) fiscal year, two thousand twenty-one first quarter board meeting will be Live Streamed on August 5, 2020. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic, the public will not be allowed to attend. Limited board staff will be present along with a Commerce and Insurance, IT member to monitor the meeting. This is being done pursuant to Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Order #15, as extended by Executive Orders # 34 and 51, which can be read here.
The Board’s meeting will be streamed for the public and can be viewed live at: https://tdci.streamingvideo.tn.gov/Mediasite/Catalog/Full/9cd298c0f59e4a43966e50beba1dba7f21 or accessed immediately upon conclusion of the meeting.
The Board will be addressing regular Board business with additional details on specific items to be provided in the meeting Agenda to be published no later than one week prior to the meeting.
Any members of the public that may have a question or comment regarding this subject may submit the question to Board staff up via email up until the start of the meeting.
If any details regarding this upcoming public meeting change, a supplemental notice will be released.
