Conservatorship Management Task Force
The Tennessee Conservatorship Management Task Force Quarterly Meeting is approaching and we would love to have you there. Please see below for the meeting information:

- Major Agenda Items: Introduction of members; review/discussion of Pub. Chapter 417 (eff. 7/1/2025); discussion of potential Mission Statement; and scheduling next meeting.
Due to time constraints and the absence of any actionable items on the agenda, no public comments will be received during this meeting.

Rulemaking Hearing on Tier 1 Homes for the Aged Rules
In accordance with T.C.A. § 4-5-204, the Department is holding a public meeting regarding the Minimum Program Requirements for Tier 1 Homes for the Aged (Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0465-02-21) at the time and place designated below and in its Notice of Rulemaking Hearing (found here- Notice of Rulemaking Hearing- 08-43-25).
