The applicant proposes the construction of a private commercial marina on Ft. Loudon Reservoir on Alexander Road in Lenoir City.
The proposed marina and associated aquatic impacts will consist of the installation of four fixed docks with approximately 62 boat slips, a cement boat ramp, and rip rap. One-time in-the-dry dredging of sediment and planting a vegetative strip of native herbaceous plants, and trees adjacent to the vegetative buffer and at two additional near-shore areas will also be conducted.
