Public Hearing on Revisions to Certificate of Need Standards and Criteria

The Office of Health Planning, within the Department of Health, is hosting a public hearing to gather public and stakeholder comments and recommendations for revisions to the Certificate of Need Standards and Criteria for Megavoltage Radiation Therapy, Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Services, and Home Health Services. An agenda for the hearing is attached. The hearing will take place Wednesday, October 3^rd from 3:00 to 5:00 PM CDT at the Lentz Public Health Center.
