                             First reading of item to aggregate several rules and policies related to school and student health services into a single,                                         streamlined rule.

               D.          Charter School Quality Charter Authorizing Standards Policy 6.111 
                             First reading of item to update the authorizing standards with several technical revisions.

                             First reading of item to establish procedures for charter school authorizer evaluations in alignment with statute.

                             First reading of item to update introductory language to the policy to better align with the rule.

              G.           Repeal Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS) Rule 0520-01-10
                             First reading of item to repeal rules regarding TEIS because the responsibility for providing these services has been moved                                 to the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as per an executive order from the Governor.

               H.          Physical Activity Policy 4.206
                             First reading of item to encourage LEAs to provide physical education to students twice per week.

                              Final reading to create Policy 6.112 which will contain a list of the approved charter school governing board training                                              courses.  There have been changes to this item since first reading.

                              Final reading to update the item to rule with Public Chapter 219 of the 111th General Assembly.   There have been no                                          changes to this item since first reading.

              D.            Educator Licensure Policy 5.502
                              Final reading of item to align the licensure policy with updates to Rule 0520-02-03 Educator Licensure and to remove                                            duplicative information that is already in rule.  There have been changes since first reading.

              E.            Employment Standards Rule 0520-02-06
                             Final reading of item to create standalone Employment Standards Rule for easier access for school and district personnel,                                 rather than having Employment Standards as a section of rule 0520-01-02.  There have been changes since first reading.

              F.            Career & Technical Education (CTE) Personal Finance Standards
                             Final reading of the Personal Finance Standards.  There have been no changes to this item since first reading in November                                 2019.

              G.           District and School Operations Rule 0520-01-02
                             Final reading of item to aggregate several rules and policies regaridng district and school operations into a single rule for                                   easier access for districts.  There have been changes to this item since first reading in November 2019.
