Session Description

TOSHA protects workers from getting injured and workers’ compensation provides medical benefits and disability benefits after an injury occurs. Both programs prioritize safe workplaces. This session will explore the touch points between injury, accident investigation and recovery. Please join our discussion regarding drug testing, common safety violations, employer defenses, and the roles of both agencies as they keep Tennesseans safe.
