The TOSHA Review Commission is comprised of three members who adjudicate TOSHA Contested Cases. The TOSHA Review Commission is helping to make Tennessee a more prosperous and safer place to live and work.

The Medical Payment Committee is comprised of seven voting members appointed by the administrator. Three members represent the medical provider industry, three members represent the workers’ compensation insurance industry, and the medical director serves as the final member of the committee. The committee shall hear disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advise the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers’ compensation system.

The annual week-long event is free and open to the public. Classes, sessions, and demonstrations are held at multiple locations in Oak Ridge and Knoxville, TN. Safety Fest TN draws participants from across Tennessee as well as the nearby states of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
